Kani Kettu Spring 2024 KAL - On the Rocks Kits

Kani Kettu Spring 2024 KAL - On the Rocks Kits

**** Save 15% on the yarn and printed pattern with code "ONTHEROCKS" at checkout. ****

For Spring 2024, we will be knitting Lene Rix's On the Rocks Tee.

On the Rocks Tee is an elegant t-shirt with dropped shoulders and a fine crystal pattern, gradually appearing on the body. Two different types of yarn are knitted together, one of which is more glossy than the other. A narrow folded edge, at the neck and on the sleeves, is knitted in the glossy yarn alone and creates a beautiful detail.

The tee is worked top-down with the ”Contiguous” method. This means that the body and sleeves are worked together.

Tips for color selection:  Use similar shades of the same color for Yarns A & B.  Too much contrast or separation across tones and the texture may be lost.

  • Isager Hoer Organic

    Isager Isager Hoer Organic

    Shipped within 1 business day

Isager Hoer Organic ISAGER HØR ORGANIC is a 100% linen yarn that is perfect for warmer weather.  A favorite yarn for summer garments in Denmark, it can be used individually with two or more strands held together, or it can be knitted with other Isager yarns. However, do not knit in the rounds as the garment will skew. When working a knitting technique with this yarn, e.g. a structure pattern or a jacquard pattern in a two or more colored pattern, it can be knitted in the round. The colour range has 6 colours which blends perfectly into our shade card – and the colour combinations with other Isager yarns are endless. The yarn consists of 100% organic fibres but the dyes are non organic – with the exception for the undyed colour Linen, of course. This yarn is the fine alternative for people with wool allergies.
